Business Development Associate

Are you a skilled business development associate with a track record of building new growth opportunities? Can you spark new relationships and identify prospects that drive a business forward?

swissglobal is looking for committed business development gurus who are experts in building relationships that matter and finding new avenues of growth. You will have 3+ years of proven experience in identifying and closing new business oppertunities. You will be joining our teams in Geneva, Basel, Zurich or Dubai, giving you a new window of experiences and a vibrant lifestyle.

Your role

  • To identify and act upon business development opportunities
  • Set growth targets in co-ordination with managers, and achieve them
  • Lead, and act as a role model
  • Create and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Be a brand ambassador for swissglobal
  • Be proactive in finding new areas of growth and business opportunities
  • Always comply with the regulatory and legal environment
  • Take to heart our commitment to responsiveness, transparency and excellence

  • A proven 3-6 year track record of closing sales, building relationships and spurring brand growth
  • A proven can-do attitude with self-motivation
  • A track record backed by revenue-driven and engagement results
  • Experience in, and proof of, identifying and acting on new opportunities
  • Evidence of proactive engagement with potential clients
